AVAILABILITY - We will make every effort to ensure the information contained on this site is up-to-date and accurate, but occasionally a title may go out of stock between updates.
- We endeavour to despatch goods within eight working days. Sometimes delays can occur. If you have not received your goods within fourteen working days, please email: sales at headpress.com
- We will make every effort to ensure delivery times are adhered to but if this is not possible we will contact you and give you an alternative date if it is going to mean more than twenty one working days delay. You may choose to cancel the order and if your card has been debited your payment will be refunded.
- The goods pass into your hands upon delivery.
COMPLAINTS - We would like to offer our customers a good service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please email us. Your complaint will be dealt with within seven working days.
VAT - The prices on the site are not subject to VAT if they are books; products that may be subject to VAT have this tax included in the price. Delivery charges are extra.
PRICES - We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All orders are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or institution.
PAYMENT OPTIONS - All payments are handled by PayPal.
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Your card company performs the currency conversion.
- Your credit card details are not stored by our system.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS PROCESS - You many cancel your order by emailing: sales at headpress.com
- You may cancel your order within seven working days after the date of delivery, and return items within thirty days. Please repack the title(s) not wanted and send the products together with the invoice number and the reason for return to the address found on the invoice.
- All goods must be in resalable condition. Returns by post are made at your own risk and at your own expense. Returns will be credited to your payment card within thirty days of the date of cancellation.
- We will cancel orders if we have been unable to supply books within sixty working days with the exception of books that have not been released or are reprinting.
DATA PROTECTION - We comply fully with the Data Protection Act of 1998 and will not sell your details to any other organisation.
STATUTORY RIGHTS - The terms and conditions outlined here are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
