• We will make every effort to ensure the information contained on this site is up-to-date and accurate, but occasionally, a title may go out of stock between updates.
• We endeavour to despatch goods within three working days. Sometimes delays can occur. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please email sales@headpress.com
• We will make every effort to ensure delivery times are adhered to but if this is not possible we will contact you and give you an alternative date if it is going to mean more than 21 working days delay. You may choose to cancel the order and if your card has been debited your payment will be refunded.
• The goods pass into your hands upon delivery.

• We would like to offer our customers a good service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please email: office@headpress.com. Your complaint will be dealt with within three working days.

• The prices on the site are not subject to VAT if they are books; other products may be subject to VAT. Delivery charges are extra.

• We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All orders are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or institution.

• All payments are handled by Nochex Online Payment Services
• All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Your card company performs the currency conversion.
• Your credit card details are not stored by our system.

• You many cancel your order by emailing us at sales@headpress.com
• You may cancel your order within 7 working days after the date of delivery, and return items within 30 days. Please repack the title(s) not wanted and send the products together with the invoice number and the reason for return to the address found on the invoice.
• All goods must be in resalable condition. Returns by post are made at your own risk and at your own expense. Returns will be credited to your payment card within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
• We will cancel orders if we have been unable to supply books within 60 working days with the exception of books that have not been released or are reprinting.

• We comply fully with the Data Protection Act of 1998 and will not sell your details to any other organisation.

• The terms and conditions outlined here are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You must not use the website for any of the following:

• for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity
• to send, use or reuse any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing; or in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other right; or is otherwise injurious to third parties; or objectionable; or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any "spam"
• to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety

Users of this website may post reviews, comments and other content; send communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties, or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any content. Headpress reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit any content. If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you

• (a) grant Headpress and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free and fully sublicensable rights to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media; and
• (b) Headpress has the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.

You agree that the rights you grant above are irrevocable during the entire period of protection of your intellectual property rights associated with such content and material. You agree to waive your right to be identified as the author of such content and your right to object to derogatory treatment of such content. You agree to perform all further acts necessary to perfect any of the above rights granted by you to Headpress, including the execution of deeds and documents, at the request of Headpress. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that, as at the date that the content or material is submitted to Headpress: (i) the content and material is accurate; (ii) use of the content and material you supply does not breach any applicable Headpress policies or guidelines and will not cause injury to any person or entity (including that the content or material is not defamatory). You agree to indemnify Headpress and its affiliates for all claims brought by a third party against Headpress or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these warranties.
